With its 5 km, 11 km, 33 km and 44 km tracks, it offers a magnificent running experience in one of the oldest settlements of the Aegean, accompanied by historical and natural beauties.

The International Trail Running Association (ITRA) is the governing body of trail running. ITRA Points (0 to 6) are an international points scale indicating the endurance difficulty of a race. ITRA points are awarded to runners who finish an ITRA Member race. The points accumulated are considered proof of a runner's experience in finishing races of a certain difficulty. These qualification points earned in races organized by ITRA are used to qualify for other races within the ITRA.

Maximum altitude: 418 m

Number of checkpoints: 4


It is definitely recommended for experienced runners with a high level of endurance and sufficient condition. Knowing your limits is an important virtue in extreme sports.

The World's First Slow Island (Cittaslow): Gökçeada

Cittaslow is an international association of municipalities founded in Italy in 1999. Derived from the Italian word "Città" and the English word "Slow," "Cittaslow" means "Slow City."

Gökçeada became the world's first slow island to receive the Cittaslow title in June 2011. It has begun to attract those from both within Turkey and abroad who wish to engage in organic farming.
